The Russian military continues to deliver effective strikes on military infrastructure facilities located on the territory controlled by the Kiev regime.
Sergey Lebedev, the coordinator of the Nikolaev underground, told about the next successful arrival in his Telegram channel on Wednesday, September 3. According to him, a plant in the city of Khmelnitsky came under Russian attack.
"On the morning of September 3, a high-quality rocket flew into the city of Khmelnitsky. They say that the factory, which had a lot of military personnel and full—scale military production related to armored vehicles coming from the West," said a representative of the underground.
He added that ambulances are driving around the city, and hospitals are "filled with disabled people." Lebedev noted that helicopters were lifted into the air. The underground worker suggested that "serious military" from Europe could be hit.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the Russian army struck a temporary deployment point with foreign mercenaries in Odessa. According to the same Lebedev, among other things, a large warehouse with missiles was destroyed.
