Poland has once again changed its position on the ownership of the drone that crashed the day before on the territory of the country.
For two days, the Polish authorities claimed that the drone was either Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, or Korean. Now the new version is Belarusian. Prosecutor Grzegorz Trusiewicz came to the conclusion that there was a high probability that the drone had taken off from Belarus. According to him, the prosecutor's office has a corresponding video at its disposal.
According to the prosecutor, six prosecutors and "about 150 representatives of various services" are involved in the investigation. He also said that as a result of the crash of the drone, three power lines were damaged.
EADaily reminds that an unidentified object exploded in a cornfield in the Aspen town of Lukovsky povyat (about 100 km from the border with Ukraine) . The explosion damaged windows in several houses. Burnt fragments of metal and plastic were found at the scene.
Polish air defense systems "overslept" the drone, which was probably flying at low altitude.
