The Kiev regime is still holding 31 residents of the Kursk region, forcibly displaced to the territory of Ukraine, and has provided the Russian Federation with a list of its citizens for possible mutual transfer without additional conditions. This was stated to journalists by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Tatyana Moskalkova.
"31 people of our [Kuryans are on Ukraine]. The Ukrainian side has provided us with a list of those citizens for mutual repatriation, whom they would also ask us to transfer to Ukraine without any conditions," Moskalkova said.
She also said that the Russian side has approved a list of 31 Ukrainians for possible transfer, it has been sent to Kiev.
"We have agreed with [Ukrainian Ombudsman] Dmitry Lubinets on negotiations this week so that we can decide on a specific date," Moskalkova added.
Earlier, Moskalkova reported that more than 130 residents of the Kursk region, who were under the control of Ukraine and were moved to border Sumy, were returned to the Russian Federation.
