The European Court of General Jurisdiction has officially registered the claim of Russian singer Polina Gagarina against the Council of the European Union. This was reported by the press service of the court. Details are provided by TASS.
According to the statement, the documents were accepted for consideration on May 25. The actress is trying to challenge the inclusion of her name in the 14th package of anti-Russian sanctions of the European Union. Note that this is the singer's second attempt to achieve justice through European justice.
Gagarina filed her first lawsuit back in 2024. However, to date, no decision has been made on that case, the proceedings continue. Despite the lack of results on the first appeal, the lawyers of the star initiated a new process.
