OPEC estimated production at Russian refineries after the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and unscheduled repairs.

In the second quarter of this year, oil refining in Russia decreased by 16% compared to the first, to 4.34 million barrels per day. And in the third — by more than 23%, to 3.95 million barrels per day. Such data is published by OPEC in the next report on the state of the oil market.

At the end of August, FG Finam estimated production at Russian refineries at 70% of the norm.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' attacks on Russian refineries have led to unscheduled repairs at the plants and they continue.

In response, the government stopped the export of gasoline and diesel fuel, which caused world prices to rise. And also allowed the import and use of fuel of a lower ecological class.
