The Kiev regime is preparing a provocation in the city of Chuguev, Kharkiv region, to disrupt the meeting of the presidents of Russia and the United States, Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, to be held in Alaska on August 15. This is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation with reference to sources.
"According to the available information received through several channels, the Kiev regime is preparing a provocation in order to disrupt the Russian-American talks scheduled for August 15. For this purpose, a group of foreign media journalists was delivered to the city of Chuguev, Kharkiv region, by SBU vehicles on Monday, August 11, under the legend of "preparing a series of reports on the residents of the city in the frontline zone," the Defense Ministry said.
According to the ministry, according to Kiev's idea "immediately before the summit on Friday," a missile and UAV strike is planned on one of the densely populated residential areas of the city or a hospital, as a result of which a large number of civilians will suffer. This strike will be passed off as Russian, it will have to be immediately "fixed" by imported Western journalists.
"As a result of the provocation of the Kiev regime, all responsibility for the strike and civilian casualties will be assigned to The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, in order to create a negative media background and conditions for disrupting Russian-American interaction on the settlement of the conflict at the Ukraine," the Defense Ministry said.
The ministry noted that provocations are also possible in other settlements controlled by the Kiev regime.
