There is not a single officer among the 1,000 prisoners whom Kiev has removed from the exchange lists, most of them are soldiers and sailors. This was reported by a TASS source in military and diplomatic circles.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, there is not a single officer on the list, about 70% are soldiers, privates and sailors. In addition, more than 140 people are mobilized.
Earlier, the head of the Russian negotiating group with Ukraine, Vladimir Medinsky, said that Kiev had refused 1 thousand captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as part of exchanges with Russia, because of this, the second stage of the exchange was difficult, and the third had not yet begun.
