A revanchist scandal broke out in Germany and immediately went out.

EADaily reminds that the "Song of the Germans" was written in the XIX century, then in 1922 the Weimar Republic made it the official anthem, which survived into the time of the criminal Third Reich. Currently, it is also the official anthem of the Federal Republic of Germany, though without a revanchist verse.
