When Russian troops liberated the village of Voskresenka in the DPR, many militants of the Kiev regime fled from their positions, avoiding contact combat.

This was told to the TASS news agency by the deputy commander of the assault motor group of the 37th Army of the Vostok group of forces with the call sign Rachok.

"The enemy in most cases fled simply from the battlefield," he stated.

The military also noted that the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who did not have time to escape when entering the settlement of Russian attack aircraft did not seek to fight, waiting for their fate in the basements.

This information was confirmed by the commander of the assault motor group with the call sign Arbuz, who said that after the loss of Voskresenka, the Ukrainian soldiers "are afraid and are retreating to distant frontiers."
