The Russian army will not liberate the DPR until the end of the year. This was stated in an interview with Bloomberg by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov❶.
"It is unrealistic for Russia to seize the entire Donetsk region by the end of the year," Budanov said❶.
