The ex-Minister of Transport Roman Starovoit, who committed suicide the day before his death, came to Malevich Park in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region with security guards. This is reported by the telegram channel Mash.
It is noted that Starovoit communicated there with his employees and the nearby traffic police patrol.
"According to our data, the guards did not notice any oddities in the behavior of the official," writes TK.
Mash posted a video from the scene of Starovoit's suicide, where traces of blood are still visible on the ground, and footage of the evacuation of his Tesla car.
