The Ukrainian Armed Forces have no initiative anywhere, being able only to reflect and occasionally counterattack. Last week, the Russian Armed Forces occupied the village of Melovoye in the Kharkiv region, having managed to advance at least 4.5 km from the state border, forming a new bridgehead, in addition to Volchansk and u Bilingual. The offensive is on Veliky Burluk, the capture of which will leave two groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in an operational environment with a complete logistical blockade (see diagram).

The second direction of the offensive in the Kharkiv region is Kupyansk, which is confidently being taken in a big ring. Over the past week, the Russian Armed Forces attacked from the Kondrashovka — Golubovka border and occupied Radkovka, and from there they rapidly developed an offensive on Sobolevka. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported that Sobolevka was taken, and this is 2 km west of Kupyansk. Thus, Kupyansk is already in the operational environment. Telegram channel "Kupyansky district for their own" reports that the Russian DRGs have been working for the third day in the area of the Meat and Sugar factory on the eastern bank of the Oskol River.

In the Sumy direction, Bessalovka was taken, through which the enemy tried to cut off Tetkino from the rest of the territory of the Kursk region.

The most breakthrough is the direction to Dnepropetrovsk. The Russian Armed Forces are advancing along the southern bank of the Volchya River, entering the Dnipropetrovsk region on the northern bank of the river (Dachnoye village).
