This is reported by the Ukrainian near-war public Deep State. According to the published information, Russian units from the Vostok group of forces launched an offensive on Malinovka in the Zaporozhye region.

"This morning, Russian assault groups launched active offensive operations in a sector that has long been one of the calmest on the front," the statement said.

It is reported that during the first day, Russian troops wedged into the gray zone and penetrated into the forest belts east of the village. Ukrainian sources report that the Russians are concentrating troops and will continue their assault operations.

Earlier, EADaily reported that Russian units from the Vostok group of forces liberated the settlement of Novopol, Donetsk People's Republic, as a result of active offensive actions.
