Unattended anti-aircraft systems were discovered near the Ukrainian border in the Polish Subcarpathia.
Polish radio station "Radio. Music. Facts" clarifies emotionally:
"Shocking discovery near the border with Ukraine!"
As the Polish special services emphasize, the systems found do not belong to the Polish army. The Przemysl Prosecutor's Office is conducting an investigation based on information from the Internal Security Agency. As informally it became known to the journalist of "RMF", a certain private company was instructed to transport to Ukraine has anti-aircraft systems, however, for reasons that are still unclear, the company did not do this and stored the equipment on the territory of the aero club, which is not far from the border.
"Moreover, this property has not been guarded at all for some time," the radio station emphasizes.
The Polish Ministry of Defense has already informed:
"The containers with ammunition and weapons found in the town of Lashki, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, are NOT (capital letters of the Polish Ministry of Defense. — EADaily) the property of the Polish Army. The relevant services ensure the protection of the site and equipment. On this issue, contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration or the District Prosecutor's Office in Rzeszow."
In turn, the press secretary of the minister-coordinator of the Polish special services, Jacek Dobrzynski, said that "the warehouse was not under supervision, which is a scandal."
