Negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul have ended, a source told TASS.
When asked if the negotiations have ended, the source said: "Yes."
He said that the meeting lasted just over an hour.
"The negotiations were held in Russian," the source said.
The last meeting, which took place in Istanbul on May 16, lasted about an hour and a half.
