Lyudmila Telen, First Deputy director of the Yeltsin Center in Yekaterinburg, left Russia and went to Israel. This is reported by the telegram channel "UralLive" with reference to a source in the operational services.
"Presumably, the Calf is negotiating employment at the anti—Russian Center for Russian Studies," the channel's interlocutor said.
The center opened at Tel Aviv University in May last year quietly escaped from Russia's former head of Rusnano Anatoly Chubais.
As reported by EADaily, earlier Deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy and deputy chairman of the commission to investigate the facts of foreign interference in the internal affairs of Russia Mikhail Delyagin ("Fair Russia — Patriots — For the Truth") sent an appeal to the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin demanding to check the anti-Russian events that take place at the Yeltsin Center and accept appropriate measures.
In particular, he indicated that the organization of events is handled by the first deputy executive director of the center, a citizen of Israel, Lyudmila Telen.
The deputy head of the Yeltsin Center herself had previously refused to comment on the availability of a second citizenship.
Telen has been working in the leadership of the Yeltsin Center since 2015.
