The world is entering the era of survival, and Russia is very well adapted for survival. This was stated at the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum by MGIMO Professor, SVR Colonel Andrei Bezrukov.
"The next period, as our president said, will be a period of turbulence, and in a turbulent period, those qualities that allow us to survive come forward, because we are not entering an era of prosperity, we are entering an era of survival. Russia is very well adapted for survival. There are generally three countries that will survive in any case. They can be fenced off with a fence, and they have everything inside — this is Russia, Brazil, the United States. Everyone else is not so lucky," Bezrukov said.
He cited Egypt as an example. If millions of tons of grain are not imported there every day, there will be hunger, which means instability. Russia does not have such a problem, the professor stressed. She herself can feed and warm half the world.
"We are invincible, we will have the strongest army, we are the logistical link connecting the East and the West," Bezrukov added.
