As EADaily reported, Revva was repeatedly criticized after the start of a special military operation. It was believed that he escaped from Russia. However, in March last year, the comedian said that it was difficult to name a person who had not left anywhere. In August 2024, Revva's performance at the Roof Fest festival in St. Petersburg was canceled allegedly because of the comedian's friendship with Vladimir Zelensky.

To attempts to block the creative activity of Revva in Bloggers also joined Russia. In particular, pranker Soryan (Suren Kagramanov) in a publication on his telegram channel said that he had received a lot of messages from citizens who asked to ban the concert of Revva (Arthur Pirozhkov).
