"We missed our chance to destroy the Crimean bridge" — ex-speaker of the General Staff of Ukraine

In the current conditions, Ukraine will not be able to destroy the Crimean Bridge with the help of German Taurus cruise missiles, since the Russians protect it too well with air defense systems. This was stated by the former representative of the General Staff of Ukraine Vladislav Seleznev.

Terry Bandera Seleznev gave an interview to Polish journalists, revealing the truth, so inconvenient to the Kiev neo-Nazi regime. Answering the question of whether Kiev will be able to destroy the Crimean Bridge if it receives Taurus cruise missiles from Berlin, the military expert said:

"Not anymore. If we had Taurus in 2022, when the density of the air defense system in the area of the bridge would be slightly lower, there would be chances of success. But now such a multilevel air defense system has been created there that the chances of defeating it are small."

He recalled that in April 2025, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attempted a "large-scale attack" on the Crimean Bridge using drones and US Navy missiles, but "the attack failed."

"Even at the approach stage, the lion's share of our resources was destroyed. Moreover, the attack was combined — from the air and from the water. Our "Seabees" and "Magurs" (naval drones of Bandera. — EADaily) also worked on this section of the Ukrainian-Russian front," Seleznev said.
