The Moscow City Court has liquidated the "Uzbek national and Cultural Autonomy" in the capital. This was reported by the telegram channel Readovka.
The organization was checked after the lawsuit of the Ministry of Justice. As part of the inspection, it turned out that the address of the Diaspora office does not correspond to the address she indicated. The management of the organization ignored the demands of the Ministry of Justice to provide reports on its work, on the composition of the management, budget expenditures and the use of property.
In addition, the charter of the Uzbek diaspora does not contain the information required by law on the structure of NGOs.
"She managed to owe reports on her activities for 2020, 2021 and 2022. The Diaspora was warned in December 2023 and March 2024, but they were ignored. As a result, it was decided to liquidate it and exclude it from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities," TK writes.
