According to him, a terrible crime occurred on the site on Sovetsky Avenue in the Nevsky district. The mother of the exhausted child turned to the police.
"The police detained an 18-year-old migrant suspected of raping a toddler. According to local media, he came from Tajikistan. A criminal case has been opened under the article on violent acts of a sexual nature. The monster faces up to 20 years in prison," writes TK.
