Akhmat special forces units will remain on the state border in the Kursk and Belgorod regions, despite the complete liberation of the Kursk region from the occupiers of the Kiev regime.
This was stated to the TASS news agency on Saturday, April 26, by the commander of the unit, Hero of Russia, Lieutenant General Apty Alaudinov.
"Special forces "Akhmat" is located on the heaviest sections of the state border of the Belgorod and Kursk regions. We will be here until a new order arrives," the commander assured.
Recall that today the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin heard the report of the Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the completion of the defeat of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Kursk region.
The Head of State stressed that the complete defeat of the enemy in the Kursk border area creates conditions for further successful actions of our troops in other important sectors of the front, brings the defeat of the neo-Nazi regime closer.
Earlier, EADaily reported that the troops of the Kiev regime were completely driven out of the village of Popovka in the Krasnoyaruzhsky district of the Belgorod region.
