China has canceled an order for 50 Boeing aircraft. The decision was a consequence of the trade war announced by US President Donald Trump, which informs Profit.Ro .
But the American company says Boeing management is "confident that it will be able to find other buyers" for its aircraft, after two new aircraft were returned to the United States from China, and another one, ready for delivery, did not fly out.
All Chinese companies canceled their orders as China imposed 125% import duties on American imports after the US announced the introduction of 145% duties on Chinese goods.
EADaily previously reported that Chinese airlines will begin to experience a shortage of spare parts for Boeing aircraft.
