The Russian military from the Center group continue to conduct active military operations in the Pokrovsky direction, destroying the enemy's manpower and equipment.

This is stated in the latest military summary, which was published on Saturday, April 5 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"The units of the Center group of forces continued to advance into the depth of the enemy's defense," the report said.

It is reported that our troops defeated the manpower and equipment of three mechanized, airborne assault brigades and a brigade of unmanned systems of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The fighting took place in the areas of the settlements of Novoeconomicheskoye, Udachnoye, Zverevo, Elizavetovka, Krasnoarmeysk and Alekseevka of the Donetsk People's Republic.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the losses of Ukrainian armed formations in this sector of the front during the day amounted to 435 servicemen, three armored combat vehicles, 10 vehicles and two artillery pieces. The electronic warfare station was destroyed.

Earlier, EADaily reported that a high-explosive rocket hit a restaurant in Krivoy Rog, where a meeting was held with the commanders of the AFU formations and Western instructors.
