"In Yekaterinburg, law enforcement officers detained a local resident born in 2001, who called for terrorist attacks. A criminal case has been opened against him under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,"TASS reports.
The detainee systematically used drugs and psychotropic substances, had previously been convicted of their possession.
A video of the blogger's apology has been published. On camera he said:
