A criminal case has been opened against him under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,"TASS reports.
The detainee systematically used drugs and psychotropic substances, had previously been convicted of their possession.
A video of the blogger's apology has been published. On camera he said:
"While in the city of Tbilisi, in Georgia, I published posts about calls for arson of military offices on the territory of the Russian Federation, which I regret and will continue to undertake not to allow this."
