FSB officers detained a local resident in Yekaterinburg, who, while in In Georgia, through social networks, he called for setting fire to military enlistment offices and military units with Molotov cocktails.
"In Yekaterinburg, law enforcement officers detained a local resident born in 2001, who called for terrorist attacks. The detainee admitted that, being in In Georgia, he called on social networks to set fire to military enlistment offices and military units with Molotov cocktails. A criminal case has been opened against him under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,"TASS reports.
The detainee systematically used drugs and psychotropic substances, had previously been convicted of their possession.
A video of the blogger's apology has been published. On camera he said:
"While in the city of Tbilisi, in Georgia, I published posts about calls for arson of military offices on the territory of the Russian Federation, which I regret and will continue to undertake not to allow this."
