The agreement between Ukraine and the United States on minerals will be signed by Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga and Secretary of State Marco Rubio. This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Goncharenko* with reference to sources.
"I was also informed that now there is a serious struggle under the mining agreement, whether the final version will specify a specific amount of 500 billion, or only the mechanism itself will be fixed in the contract," Goncharenko writes in his telegram channel.
The United States helped Ukraine selflessly, and after the lies of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, about the non-existent trillions, now everyone has to think about where to get them, the deputy noted.
"And it's really just tin. Because of Zelensky's brilliant ideas, it's being decided right now HOW MUCH WE OWE. Let me remind you again.
