Handelsblatt: Europe has been defeated in the Ukrainian conflict

Europe has found itself at a strategic loss in the conflict on Ukraine. The Handelsblatt newspaper writes about this.

It is noted that Europe has not been able to achieve its own goals on Ukraine has caused great damage to itself, therefore it cannot defend its interests.
