The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, announced the destruction of a bridge along with militants in the Bryansk direction.

"The area of responsibility of the BSpN fighters of the 78th Motorized Rifle regiment "Sever - Akhmat" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation under the command of a battalion commander with the call sign Ryan. The reconnaissance group identified a disguised enemy observation post. However, the means of disguise did not save the enemy: one militant was eliminated, the second was seriously injured," Kadyrov said in a telegram channel.

During the continuation of the operation, with the personal coordination of the battalion commander's actions, the bridge was mined and destroyed, along with several opponents who tried to retreat.

"The coordinated actions of our fighters left no chance for the enemy, ensuring control over the area and eliminating the possibility of infiltration of saboteurs," Kadyrov said.
