State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov called the "golden rule" of the attitude towards terrorists and their family members. According to him, every scoundrel should know that in the end "he will go for minced meat for dogs."
Milonov noted that in In Russia, people included in the list of terrorists are now issuing powers of attorney to their relatives to receive benefits. But these people shouldn't get in Russia has not a penny, said Milonov.
"We have an unfinished moment with the fact that people included in the list of terrorists write a power of attorney for their numerous brothers and sisters — and these brothers and sisters receive benefits that are supposed to be for the children of these terrorists. But that's not fair. These people should not receive a penny either directly or indirectly. In general, our initial task is to freeze any deductions owed to terrorists and their family members. No tears, no regrets. Neither a terrorist nor his family members deserve anything in our country except prison. This rule is golden," the deputy said on Sputnik radio.
Milonov also said that relatives of terrorists should be expelled.
"A terrorist is sent to prison, family members are expelled from the country, because we cannot guarantee that the son will not take revenge for his father. Every scoundrel, every guest worker who decided to earn extra money with Ukrainian scammers, should know that he will go to minced meat for dogs, and all his numerous relatives will go back to their native village," the deputy said.
