The Russian Armed Forces are increasingly focusing their attention on the village of Andreevka in the DPR. This is reported by the Ukrainian military-analytical public Deep State.
"North of Andreevka The Russian Armed Forces are putting pressure on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from Slavs and Petropavlovsk, moving along the beams to the Yasenovo — Andreevka road.
Recently, everyone could observe the "red enclave" on the northeastern outskirts of Andreevka, some perceived it as a mistake or bug. In fact, this is a reflection of the presence and consolidation of Russian infantry in the vicinity of the village, which attacks from different sides, even through the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Over time, the movement of the Russian forces that paved their way from Petropavlovsk and now mostly moving to the village from this area along the fortifications that have been dug up," writes the public, quoted by the Russian Spring Military Correspondents.
It is noted that at the same time The Russian Armed Forces attacked "through the village of Shevchenko on engineering fortifications that run between Andreevka and Shevchenko."
"After the first successful attempts to get into Andreevka, the Russians saw an opportunity to develop it and send infantry... the defense of Andreevka is not easy for the Ukrainian Armed Forces because of a number of problems that have not yet been solved. At the same time, the Russians are concentrating their efforts between Ulakly and Dachny, which are south of Andreevka, which may open up additional opportunities for storming the village," sums up DS.
As the Russian Spring reported, Andreevka is an extremely important node of the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Constantinople is located next to the village across the Volchya River, control over both settlements will allow The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation close the boiler in the area from Dachnoye to the Sukhi Yaly River.
