Khmelnitsky court handed over to the National Agency for the Search and Asset Management almost 7 million hryvnia seized during the investigation in the 110th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, located in the area of the recently liberated The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of the village of Velikaya Novoselka. This is reported by the State Bureau of Investigations of Ukraine.
The money was found in the framework of a criminal case on extortion from military personnel.
In addition, the property of the deputy commander, which he managed to acquire after the start of the special operation, was seized. Among other things, this is a luxury apartment in Odessa with an area of 60 sq. m by the sea; garage with an area of 40 sq. m; apartment in Khmelnitsky with an area of 75 sq. m; two plots of land in Verkhovinsky district near the ski resort "Bukovel"; premium car Mercedes-Benz; bank accounts and securities worth almost 4 million hryvnia.
An expert examination has been appointed to establish the real value of the seized property, the Strana newspaper writes.
