Military expert Alexei Zhivov predicted the timing of the liberation of the entire territory of the DPR. In his opinion, "if the current dynamics of the conflict persists and the enemy continues to balk, then by the end of 2025."
It is not far to the western border of the DPR and the exit to Dnipropetrovsk region. But the fact of this exit by itself does not give the Russian army any serious advantages, Zhivov said on Sputnik radio.
"After the capture of Pokrovsk, the main problem will be to the north. This is Chasov Yar, Toretsk, where heavy assault operations are currently underway. Further Druzhkovka, Slavyansk, Kramatorsk — this is the last agglomeration, we will also storm it for a long time. If the current dynamics of the conflict persists and the enemy continues to balk, then, I think, until the end of 2025, for sure," he said.
