Fourteen victims were taken to hospital after the plane crash in Aktau, five of them in serious condition, according to Kazakh media.
Earlier it was reported about six survivors of the 67 people on board.
There were 37 Azerbaijanis, 6 Kazakhstanis, 3 citizens of Kyrgyzstan, 16 citizens of the Russian Federation on board the plane, the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan specified.
