The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has published official information on repelling the attack of Ukrainian UAVs on Kazan.
The corresponding statement was published on Saturday, December 21, by the press service of the military department on its official resources.
"December 21 in the period from 7.40 to 9.20 The Kiev regime attacked civilian infrastructure facilities in Kazan with the use of aircraft-type UAVs. The UAVs were used in three waves from different directions," the report says.
According to the Ministry of Defense, three unmanned aerial vehicles of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were destroyed by air defense systems on duty, three more UAVs were suppressed by electronic warfare.
Earlier, EADaily reported that Tatarstan authorities reported eight arrivals in Kazan. The danger of new attacks remains. So far, there has been no information about the victims.
