The Lublin court of Moscow sent the aspiring actress Victoria Semenyuk under house arrest for trying to sell drugs. This is reported by the joint press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction in the telegram channel.
"By the decision of the Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow, Victoria Semenyuk, accused of committing crimes under part 3 of Article 30, paragraph "d" of part 4 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a preventive measure was chosen in the form of house arrest for a period of 1 month and 29 days, that is, until January 27, 2025," the statement said..
According to investigators, Semenyuk and another person involved in the case had to receive from a third party narcotic drugs intended for further illegal sale, illegally store the received narcotic drugs, pack the funds, form caches with bookmarks of narcotic drugs and inform other members of the group about their locations, then receive money.
