The ex-husband of the singer Pelagia, hockey player Ivan Telegin has obtained a court ban on leaving Russia for their common daughter. This is reported by the StarHit portal in the telegram channel.
"A month before the New Year holidays, the hockey player achieved the cancellation of the court decision and again banned 7-year-old Tasia from traveling abroad," the publication says.
At the same time, the singer's lawyer announced his readiness to appeal this court decision.
"For us, such a turn in the case was a complete surprise, Pelagia's entire tour schedule for December-January was compiled taking into account her daughter's winter holidays," he explained.
The lawyer added that the child was really looking forward to traveling with his mother.
"We do not understand why the court put the rights of a father who is not involved in his daughter's life above the interests of the child," the lawyer concluded.
As reported by EADaily, Pelageya and Ivan Telegin got married in 2016. The official divorce was registered in 2020, but the former spouses continue to sue. Earlier, Pelagia managed to sue part of the property, but she could not achieve the desired amount of alimony.
In May of this year, the Moscow City Court considered Telegin's complaint about the amount of alimony established by the Nikulinsky court, he achieved a reduction in the amount of payments from a quarter to 1/6 of all income. Later, the actress challenged this court decision.
At the same time, Telegin had already initiated an injunction earlier, and in May the girl was almost removed from the flight to Turkey, where she was going to fly with her grandmother. In August, the court overturned this decision, granting Pelageya's appeal.
