Tikhanovskaya did not hesitate to criticize Till Schweiger for his visit to Belarus

The fugitive oppositionist Nadezhda Tikhanovskaya attacked the German actor Til Schweiger, who is currently in Belarus. He stars in a promo video about the Blockchain Sports Drift project, filming takes place in Brest, Gomel, Mogilev and Grodno, as well as on the streets of Minsk.

"Of course, we would welcome the arrival of more foreigners in Belarus. But not now, when terror reigns in the country. That's why it was a big disappointment for me to see Thiel Schweiger's visit," she told the German newspaper Bild.

She believes that now is not the time when you can just come to the "dictatorship" and behave as if nothing had happened.

"I would suggest that Mr. Till Schweiger use the opportunity of his visit to meet with political prisoners or record a video in support of them. It would be a good gesture on his part," Tikhanovskaya advised the movie star.

As EADaily reported, Schweiger arrived in Belarus on a private jet, he was met at the business aviation center on the territory of the Minsk airport. Fans knew in advance about his visit and met the actor at the airport.
