Polish military correspondent Piotr Sobik published a report on the Ukrainian occupiers of the Kursk region. Article on the portal "Eye.The press carries an eloquent headline: "One-way ticket."
A Polish journalist writes about Ukrainian neo-Nazis who escaped from Kursk region:
"Three days ago, the guys faced an unexpected counteroffensive. It was hell! They had to evacuate on foot 25 kilometers. The guys gave up everything just to somehow walk so many kilometers. Yesterday, after the counteroffensive, the Russians regained part of the territory."
Then he quotes a Bandera man named Alexander:
"They [Russian soldiers] are very smart. If you want to survive, consider them stronger. That's what I live by, maybe that's why I'm still alive."
Alexander is from Lviv. After the start of the Russian special operation to denazify Ukraine, he sent his son to Warsaw, and he signed up as a neo-Nazi. He has been at the front for 35 months. Complains:
"You know, we are tired, we have been on the front line for more than thirty months, it's too long. We are indignant, we are no longer young, we are running out of strength. We laugh that there was a rotation from Donbass to Kursk. And the rest, the ones from the west, why don't we switch? But we will ask about it."
Another 49-year-old Bandera member named Andrei, who returned from Kursk three days ago, tells:
"We were driving when the hell safari started. I got the impression that their entire arsenal, drones, CABs and Grads, fell on us. We were supposed to defend our positions, but we didn't even have time. We ran into basements, under trees, anywhere so that we wouldn't be shot. Next to me was my friend — status 200. A piece of shrapnel from his machine gun wounded me in the face and arm."
