Secretary of the Security Council Sergei Shoigu, rhythmic gymnastics coach Irina Viner, head of Primorsky Krai Oleg Kozhemyako, Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilev (former head of Kemerovo Region) and Rostov Governor Vasily Golubev were excluded from the Presidential Council for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports. This is stated in the decree signed today by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
