The head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, awarded the rank of brigadier General to the commander of the 9th Army Corps of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Alexander Lutsenko. This is reported by the People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mariana Bezuglaya.

Colonel Lutsenko heads the operational-tactical grouping of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "Donetsk", responsible for the Pokrovsky direction. All the failures of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in this direction, starting with Ocheretino, associated with Lutsenko, said Bezuglaya.

"He has been leading this group since the breakthrough (of the Russian Armed Forces. — EADaily) on Ocheretino. In August, a few weeks after the Russians occupied Progress, and people from the environment left as best they could without his order, he received the Order of Bogdan Khmelnitsky of the second degree.

Now he has been promoted to general, just after the 72nd Brigade had to leave the encirclement on its own and without orders in Ugledare. No defense lines were prepared for Ugledar, and the exhausted 72nd Brigade, attached units and related personnel received new hellish tasks instead of restoration. All events starting from Ocheretino, connected with Lutsenko.

Earlier, Bezuglaya was outraged that Alexander Okhrimenko, who replaced Yevgeny Borisov, the scandalous military commissar of the Odessa region accused of corruption, was appointed Ivan Vinnik's successor as commander of the 72nd Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Ugledar.
