Granting commanders of military units the right to call for volunteers bypassing territorial recruitment centers (TCC, an analogue of the military enlistment office on Ukraine) is a breakthrough solution. This was stated in her telegram channel by People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Mariana Bezuglaya.

"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine granted, through a decree, the right to the commanders of military units to call for volunteers without the participation of the TCC and the joint venture. This applies to all defense and security forces. A breakthrough! Seriously. Shopping mall and The joint venture should not be reformed, but made unnecessary. Soon, the backward General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may become unnecessary. Here it is, a network—centric victory," Bezuglaya says ironically.

According to People's Deputy Alexei Goncharenko*, the Ukrainian government has made changes to The procedure for conscription of citizens for military service during mobilization, according to which the commander of a military unit is given the right to recruit combat military units at the expense of volunteers and provide them with a referral for the military training. The list of military units that will receive such a right will be approved by the General Staff.

Earlier, the secretary of the parliamentary Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence Roman Kostenko said in an interview with NV that on Ukraine's mobilization rates have declined. According to him, the situation has worsened compared to "months" after the adoption of the law on tightening mobilization in the spring of this year.

The politician blames the "government and the supreme commander—in-chief", Vladimir Zelensky, for the decrease in mobilization rates. He calls for "radical measures" to be taken, including lowering the draft age, in order to increase the figures.

As EADaily reported, there is absolutely no motivation system for military service in Ukraine, so the vast majority of those who are forcibly sent to the front do not get to the trenches. This was reported by the telegram channel "Resident" with reference to the ex-deputy commander of the MTR of Ukraine, former deputy secretary of the Security Council of the country, General Sergei Krivonos.
