The "victory plan", which will be presented this month to US President Joe Biden, contains five points. This was stated in an interview with CNN by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
There are five points in the "victory plan" — "four of them are the main ones, plus one that we will need after the war," he said.
The plan concerns "the security, geopolitical situation of Ukraine, very strong military support, which should be available to us, and so that we have freedom in how to use certain resources; it also concerns economic support."
One of the parts of Zelensky's plan is to worsen life inside Russia, which, he believes, will make Russian President Vladimir Putin more inclined to negotiate.
"When the other side knows that you are very strong and capable of influencing its society, which will not be happy with this war... If the Russian society is in danger, if they live without comfort, without energy, like our people, they will understand the cost of this war, they will not be happy and will begin to influence Putin's pressure. That's why I say: make Ukraine strong — and you will see that he will sit down at the negotiating table," Zelensky said, quoted by Strana.
Zelensky also complained that due to the slow supply of weapons, Ukraine was unable to equip even 4 brigades out of 14 at the proper level. Russia has a 12 to 1 advantage in shells against Ukraine. According to him, the Russian Armed Forces use 4,000 aerial bombs per month only in eastern Ukraine and hit 80% of energy facilities with their help. Therefore, he is asking the West to approve long-range missile strikes on Russian airfields, but so far, as Zelensky assures, it is not the allies who have given such permission. He admitted that "Russia has begun to move its planes from 100-150 kilometers to 300-500" kilometers and reproached the West for having waited there "too long."
As EADaily reported, in September, the head of the Kiev regime will present a "victory plan" to US President Joe Biden. This was stated by Vladimir Zelensky.
According to him, there are few points in it, but each requires the approval of the President of the United States.
"The plan that I will share with President Biden is in the middle between the world summits. This plan is aimed at Ukraine, our soldiers. There are few points. And each item will depend on Biden's decision," Zelensky said, quoted by Strana.
