Bastrykin sounds the alarm: urgent meeting with heads of regional departments

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin convened an urgent meeting with the heads of regional investigative departments, the topic of which is the high crime rate among migrants, as well as sending detainees to the special military operation zone (SMO). This was reported by the telegram channel "Base".

According to the "Base", the meeting is scheduled for today, September 3, via videoconference. In particular, the regions will have to report to Bastrykin on the work with crimes committed by visitors, as well as on the work with detainees to send them to the SMO zone.

"According to sources, the heads of departments of Moscow, Moscow region, St. Petersburg, Bashkiria, Saratov and Samara regions, as well as the Udmurt Republic, will report to Bastrykin," writes TK.

Recall that in June Bastrykin informed that more than 30 thousand migrants who had received Russian citizenship and did not want to register for military service had already been "caught" in the country. According to him, 10 thousand of them were sent to the SMO zone for various jobs.

So, with the filing of social media, who wrote that in In Penza, a group of visiting men detained and beat a 13-year-old teenager, as well as committed other illegal actions against other minors and adult residents of the city, a pre-investigation check was organized under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

According to the Sledkom TV channel, "in the Yaroslavl region, visitors from Uzbekistan pester local women in public places." On this fact, the investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Yaroslavl region organized a pre-investigation check.

A criminal case has been opened on the fact of hooliganism (Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

Bastrykin will also be presented with a report on the investigation of hooliganism in Odintsovo, near Moscow, where on the eve of September 2, on Chistyakova Street, "migrant children beat a Russian boy." After the father of the injured child came, he was "attacked by relatives of aggressive teenagers." A criminal case has been opened on this fact by the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Moscow Region under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism).

"The head of the department instructed the acting head of the GSU of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Moscow region Yakovlev Ya.A. to report on the progress of the investigation of the criminal case and the established circumstances. Execution of the order has been put under control at the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia," the agency reports.
