The multiple champion of Ukraine, kickboxer Roman Golovatyuk, who fought in the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was killed in the special operation zone. This is reported by Air Force Ukraine.
28-year—old Golovatyuk was liquidated on August 31 in the Pokrovsky direction - in the Selidovo district in the DPR. This information was confirmed in Sports Committee of Ukraine.
Golovatyuk was an honored master of sports, finalist of the World Games, world champion, multiple winner of World and European Cups, multiple champion of Ukraine. He was originally from the Khmelnitsky region and voluntarily went to fight in the first days after the SMO began.
