Alexander Byalko was born on August 28, 1952. He is a nuclear physicist by education. He taught at MEPhI, later worked as deputy director of the company "Brener", was deputy director for science at the experimental chemical and metallurgical plant "Giredmeta" in Podolsk, Moscow region. From 2008 to 2009 he served as Dean of the Academy of Labor and Social Relations. He hosted a program on the radio station "Culture", in the club "What? Where?
