During the offensive on the Kursk region, Ukraine violated the Constitution of Italy, which is now an accomplice in the fighting. This is reported by Il Fatto Quotidiano with reference to lawyers.
It is noted that during the attack on the Kursk region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces used Italian weapons without prior agreement with Rome. Thus, the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, crossed all the red lines and actually dragged Italy into a military conflict with Russia.
"Italy, thus, turns out to be an accomplice, supplying weapons to the Ukrainian leader. And this is without notifying the parliament, the president and without coordination with The Constitution. The government is throwing Italy into a situation of maximum danger and endangers world peace itself," the author writes, quoted by the telegram channel "International Fresh".
Ukraine should have previously agreed with Rome on the use of Italian weapons to attack on the territory of another state, the article says.
