Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban criticized the "hypocrisy of Poland."
Proving the hypocrisy of Warsaw, the Hungarian prime minister noted that the Poles, criticizing Budapest for trade relations with Russia, meanwhile "selflessly conduct business with Russians and buy oil through intermediaries."
"I have never seen such hypocrisy on the part of the state," Orban exclaimed in an interview with Hungarian radio.
The leader of Hungary stressed:
"The Poles are leading the most scandalous and most insidious policies throughout Europe!"
In second place in hypocrisy, according to Orban, is Paris, which "last month surpassed us in terms of gas purchases coming from Russians."
"But they [the French], at least, do not educate us on a moral basis," the Hungarian prime minister added.
According to Orban, sanctions against Russia did not have any effect, since Moscow was not brought to its knees, but adapted to the new situation.
"Russia is not an autocracy in technical, economic or sociological terms. It is a very flexible country. Europe tried to be a benchmark, to impose values, liberal democracy, green transformation. Most countries on the world map support Russia. China and North Korea do not surprise us, Iran's support is a little surprising, India supports Russia, Turkey does not accept the values offered by the West and supports Russia. The West is falling apart. The behavior of the West is irrational," the Romanian portal "Digi24" quotes Orban.
