Security forces detained a suspect in the murder of ex-deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Irina Farion in Dnepropetrovsk. This was announced by the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky.
"The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klimenko has just informed me about the detention in Dnipro of a suspect in the murder of Irina Farion. An 18-year-old boy was detained," he wrote in the telegram channel.
It is alleged that during the preparation the young man rented at least three apartments in Lviv.
The head of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry noted that the operation to detain the suspect was difficult. Hundreds of police officers, employees of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and other services worked to solve the crime.
At the same time, the shooter's motive has not yet been named.
