The militants of the Azov terrorist regiment❶ who shot an unarmed Russian prisoner will be found and punished, said the deputy head of the Main Military and Political Directorate. Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, commander of the special forces "Akhmat" Apty Alaudinov.

"I give my word that we will look for them wherever they are and punish them. The punishment will be proportionate to what they did," the commander said on Channel One.
