Tajik migrants are increasingly committing illegal acts in The United States. The US Immigration and Customs Police detained a citizen of Tajikistan after his release from custody in Philadelphia. This is reported by AZDA TV.
According to law enforcement officials, Yusuf Sidikov was detained on September 3 in Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
Before that, he was detained on August 13 of this year in Philadelphia. Sidikov is accused of burglary, illegal entry, theft, purchase of stolen goods and intentional damage to property.
The immigration services asked the local authorities to notify them before Sidikov's release, but this request went unheeded, and he was released. Then he was detained by immigration and customs police officers in Bensalem.
Sidikov is currently being held in custody while his case is pending. Neither the detainee himself nor his lawyer provided comments on this matter. Philadelphia authorities have also not yet made official statements.
